Welcome to TCGMarket24.com — the European marketplace for authentic Pokémon TCG and other trading card products from verified professional sellers, processed and fulfilled under our name for your security. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, any transactions you make, and your relationship with us. By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC), and applicable German commercial law.

3. Scope of Service – Marketplace Model

  • TCGMarket24.com lists products from verified, vetted sellers.
  • All orders are contracted with us; we handle payment, invoicing, and customer service.
  • Sellers ship the products directly to customers under our contractual responsibility.

4. Account Registration

Creating an account may be required for order tracking. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information, keep your credentials secure, and inform us of any unauthorized use.

5. Orders, Binding Effect & Withdrawal Right

5.1 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This is not yet an acceptance.

5.2 Contract Acceptance

The purchase contract is concluded when:

  1. Full payment is confirmed, and
  2. The order is approved for shipping.

5.3 Binding Order & Limited Withdrawal

  • Orders are legally binding once placed.
  • Withdrawal without reason is possible only within 12 hours after order placement by written request to [email protected].
  • After this 12-hour period, cancellation is no longer possible except as required by EU law.

6. Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (SEPA)
  • Crypto Payment via approved compliant gateways

No other payment methods are supported. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices and availability without notice. Products are subject to stock from verified sellers.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to destinations listed on our Shipping Information page. Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain goods (e.g., opened sealed products) are excluded from returns as per EU law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, descriptions, and branding, is owned by TCGMarket24.com or licensed by sellers. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Use

  • No illegal activities.
  • No malware or spam.
  • No bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded where legally allowed.

14. Changes to Terms

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
